HAPPY 93RD BIRTHDAY, HELEN!
This week I’m celebrating The Helen, my amazing mom’s namesake bag.
Helen was my greatest hero, my loudest cheerleader and my personal inspiration. She taught me to live a life of purpose, joy, compassion and laughter.
Helen lived her life to the fullest. Despite four years of serious health challenges resulting in a two-year hospital stay, she insisted on greeting each day with enthusiasm. Never giving up and never letting the fragility of life escape her, my mom rebounded with a ferocious will to live.
In designing The Helen, I was excited to capture her elegance, sophistication and beauty.
Each time I deliver a Helen bag to a customer, I know that I’m delivering a little piece of her vibrancy, optimism and lust for life.
For her birthday month, I am on a mission to find 93 beautiful things in this world that inspire me just as much as Helen did.
